He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Andrew Jones and Zeta Mae Reid Jones; his wife Sheila "Gail" Nixon Jones; and his brothers, Dale Jones, Jimmy Jones, Tommy Jones, Robert Jones (Junior) and Paul Jones.
He is survived by: his son William Andrew Jones (Emily); his granddaughter Evelyn Ann Jones; and his siblings, Johnnie Jones (Debbie) and Ann "Annie" Jones Alexander (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and sisters-in-law.
