Ballard; her siblings, Toy Manning, Glenn Wyatt, Ethel Nance, Coyet Wyatt and Hilton Wyatt; her daughter Judy Ballard Cook (Terry) of Washington, NC; her sister Marie Wyatt Chapman of Statesville; her sister-in-law Bertha Ballard Bowen of Caycee, SC.; her grandchildren, Neal Cook (Joy) of Charlotte, Melanie Cook Kelley (Rick) of Paint Lick, KY and Tiffany Cook Coltrain (Greg) of Belhaven, NC.; her great grandchildren, Jewel Cook, Alex Cook, Lauren Kelley, Virginia Cook (Ginna), Braedan Kelley, Mollie Cook-Coltrain, Mallorie Cook-Coltrain and Kathryn Kelley; and her stepchildren, Barbara Swicegood Fisher of Atlanta, GA, Lonnie "Buddy" Swicegood (Sherry) of High Point, Gary Swicegood (Brenda) of Harmony, Rebecca Swicegood Petit (Al) of Statesville and Donna Swicegood of Statesville. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
