She is survived by: her nephew Tyrone Johnson (Kim) of Lewisville, NC; her grandchildren, Torian, Marcus and Desiree; her great grandchildren, Rayna and Mello; her niece Lakya Bolder; her siblings, Pamela Gaines Smith (Raymond), Diane Gaines Dukes (Robert), Kathy Gaines, Steve Gaines (Faye), Willie Gaines (Ann), Sandford Gaines, Tyrone Gaines, Doris Johnson, Phyllis Johnson and Kay Johnson; and her nieces and nephews, Maurice Johnson, Rusty Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Rossie Robinson, Sylvia Robinson, Denise Johnson, Wanda Johnson, Michael Johnson, Derrick Johnson, Patrick Johnson and Eric Johnson. She is also survived by her relatives, Betty leaves behind many special friends.
