We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Waugh (Statesville, North Carolina), born in Annapolis, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Herman Shoemaker and Clara Mae Moose Shoemaker; and her sister Carolyn Shoemaker. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Randall Waugh; her daughters, Cary Shoemaker Mahaffey (Chris) and Kristin Waugh Jacobs (John); her brothers, Jerry Shoemaker and Wade Shoemaker; her grandchildren, Joel Mahaffey, Deaton Mahaffey, Claudia Jacobs and Charlie Jacobs; and her nieces and nephews, Jason Shoemaker (Ashton), Tara Cleary (Thomas) and Ashley Shoemaker.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Hebron Baptist Church cemetery fund.
