She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Dawson Ostwalt, Sr. and Flossie Mae Sowers Ostwalt; her husband Harry Cash; her daughter Tammy Cash Powell; her brothers, Jesse Dawson Ostwalt, Jr., Calvin Zane Ostwalt, Sr., Sam Ostwalt, Max Ostwalt and Frank Oswalt; and her grandson Dwight.
She is survived by: her son Todd Cash; her granddaughters, Kammie Payne (John), Kaycee Powell, Anna Addair (Shellie) and Kristi Powell; her great grandchild Jupiter Cash; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Ostwalt.
