He is survived by: his wife Nancy Norton Lowrance; his children, Joseph Michael Lowrance Sr. and Annette Lowrance Parker (Kent) of Hiddenite; his siblings, Jimmy Lowrance (Joyce) of Hiddenite and Debbie Moose; his grandchildren, David Parker (Savannah), Michael Parker, Daniel Parker, Brittany Lowrance (Johnny) and Joseph Michael Lowrance Jr. (Kaelea); and his great grandchildren, Blayze, Skylin, Gryffon, Gracie, Bennett, Asher, Liam and Kolsen.
