Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Thelma Maie Freeman Gadd (Star, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 90, on May 11, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ralph and Cora Ethel Atkins Freeman; her husband William Gadd; and her siblings, Leo Ralph, Artie Bernice, Paul Wade, Cora Ruth, Delmer Ray and Ruby Evelyn.
She is survived by: her nephew Harold (Elaine Freeman). She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, her body will lie in state from 2:00 – 5:00 p. m., Wednesday, May 13, and from 8:00 a. m. – 12:00 p. m., Thursday, May 14, at Phillips Funeral Home.
