She was predeceased by: her father Henry Garner; her husband Samuel McNeill; and her siblings, Thomas Garner, Patsy and Carol Garner.
She is survived by: her children, Donna McNeill of Star, Sammy McNeill (Connie) of Robbins, David McNeill (Sandra) of Brevard, NC and Paul McNeill (April) of Robbins; her siblings, Johnny Garner (Susan), Thelma Ritter, Helen Ritter (Bill), Betty McNeill (Causie), Peggy Hussey and Geraldine Wright (David); her grandchildren, Krystal Debray (Cornelio), Jennifer Karshner, Heidi McNeill, Megan Soto (Moses), Allen McNeill, Nathan McNeill (Hannah), Makayla Cabe (Noah), Hannah McNeill, Holly Dixon (Tim), Stephanie Talbert (Aaron), Savannah McNeill and Wyatt McNeill; and her great grandchildren, Gabi, Lili, Henry, Bella, Olivia, Wilder, Sam, Ciara, Dakota, Josie, Peyton, Ashleigh, Ashlynn, Halleigh, Van, Max, Atom and Ion.
