He was predeceased by: his parents, Odesser Wright and Mary Ann Wright; and his daughter Jessie Mae Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Stella Stancil of Suitland, MD., Jaqueline Wright Dillard (Richard), Willie Wright of Rock Hill, SC, Eli Anthony Smith (Kathy), DeKelvin Lamonte Wright, Telly S. Wright (Shawanda) and Dameion L. Wright (Bonita); his sisters, Pearl Young of Greensboro, NC and Geneva Hicks (Garriet); and his niece Grace Carmon. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
