She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Tugwell and Patty Tugwell; her husband Carl Bardin; and her siblings, Bruce Tugwell, Doris Whitley, Betty Taylor and Dixie Tugwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Ross (Joe) of Stantonsburg and Cathy Roberson (Mike) of Williamston; her grandson Mark Ross (Amanda) of Stantonsburg; her great grandchildren, Nathan Ross, Luke Ross, Chloe Taylor and Connor Taylor; and her sister-in-law Peggy Finch.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stantonsburg Cemetery (306 Wooten Ave, Stantonsburg, NC 27883).
