He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Ellis and Earline Tyndall Ellis; and his brother Laurence Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Ellis; his children, Alicia Ellis Abeja (Juan) of Wilson and Jasper Alexander Ellis, Jr. (Debra) of Fayetteville; his siblings, Lorraine Ellis (Harry White) of Stantonsburg and Douglas Ellis of Elm City; and his grandchildren, Leonardo Alexander Ellis, Adam Joseph Abeja, Camilla Marie Palacios and Kaylie Lynn Bales.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shingleton Funeral Home to help with end of life expenses.
