She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joseph D. Gardner and Joe; and her parents, James Durwood and Dorothy Cunningham Matthews. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Gardner (Emily) of Stantonsburg and Gary Gardner (Wendy) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Paige Belty (Donovan), Molly, Trinity and Bailey Gardner; and her great grandchild Ellianna Belty.
