He is survived by: his mother Masako Waters; his wife Imogene Williams Waters; his children, Kedrick Waters, Sr. (Paulette), Ardar Hicks, Jr., Tavon Waters, Shanique Hicks and Aquina Shealy (Abijah); his siblings, James Waters, Wayne Waters, Sr. (Aquanette), Juan Waters, Sr. (April), Delmar Grimes, Lisa Johnson, Vanessa Waters, Wanda Seals (William) and Monica Holloway (Norris Sr.); his mother-in-law Alverta Young; his siblings-in-law, Eddie B. Williams Jr., Ricky Hopkins, Alesia Britt (Alfonzo Jr.) and Etta Warren (Cornelius); his grandchildren, Kedrick Jr., Keandre, Jaylyn, Nyla, Kenyon, Eli, Zaniah, Jacobi, Zane, Jordyn, Aiko, Avana and Abijah II; his great grandchild Kairo; and his cousins, Sarah Horton and Cheryl Wallace (Larry). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
