He is survived by: his wife Esperanza Montalvo; his children, Juan Mon Escobar, Rigoberto Escobar, Cocepcion Escobar, Anna Escobar, Teresa Escobar and Maricella Escobar; and his siblings, Antonio Escobar, Paslo Escobar, Julia Escobar, Isabel Escobar, Carmela Escobar, Suana Escobar and Andrea Escobar.
