She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Mancini. She is survived by: her husband Joe Carow; her daughters, Gabby Cox and Tiffany Cox; her mother Cynthia Mancini; and her siblings, Lori Mancini, Anthony Mancini, Jr. and Michael Mancini. She is also survived by three grandchildren.

In keeping with Cindy's loving and generous spirit, it was her decision to donate herself to medical education and research.
