He is survived by: his parent Donald Lee Wooten Sr.; his son Tylor Lee Wooten; his brothers, Donald Lee Wooten Jr. (Margaret, John Earl) and Raymond Winford Wooten (Tammy); his stepsister Deb Smith Tyson (Johnny, Carl Smith); and his brother Gary Dean Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
