He was predeceased by: his parents, Leola Thomason and Carl McCullough; and his grandfather Leroy Thomason, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Shawn Garrett Thomason; his stepfather Billy Dade; his siblings, Myranda Roseboro (Johnny), Carl Ruff, Scott Ruff and Nikia Dade Neely (James); and his grandmother Blanche Thomason. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
