He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Luther Toliver and Helen Sue Clark Toliver; his daughter Kinya Renee McClean; his siblings, Sandra T. Little and Johnny Michael Tolliver; and his grandmother Ruth Hamright.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly McLean, Conswella Michelle Forney and Jannica Foster; his siblings, Richard Tolliver, David Tolliver (Donna), Boyce Tolliver, Deborah Adams, Marie Odum, Ruth Magness (Darwin), Helen Jean Clark and Linda Wilson; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Tolliver and Donnie Little. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren sixteen great grandchildren.
