He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hall Cooke and Evelyn Gantt Cooke. He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Shae Stroud (Chuck) of Gastonia, NC, Maria Tish Cooke (Shan Barrett) and Kimberly Howell of Tampa Florida; his nephew Billy Lane; his nieces, Carrie Smith and Mandy DelFonzo of Supply, NC.; and also Danny Shortridge (Karen).
