He was predeceased by: his father Max Lamar Jolly; and his siblings, Shane Jolly and Jamie Jolly. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Ward Jolly; his wife Rhonda McMillan Jolly; his children, Cierra Jolly Cassidy (Addison) and Josh Jolly (Aria Conover); his grandchildren, Riley, Rosie and Jay; and his nephew Coleman Jolly.
