He was predeceased by: his father Frank Dyer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Cook Dyer; his son Nicholas Dyer (Nick) of Stanley, N. C.; his mother Ruth Rhodes Dyer; his siblings, Phyllis Byerly of Wilmington, N. C. and Tony Dyer of Charlotte, N. C; and also Randy. He is also survived by friends, whether it was simply sitting on the porch with his son listening to music or watching football on Sundays with his brother and friends.
