He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lorraine "John" and Geneva Aiken Dellinger; his brother Dean Dellinger; and his pet Gizzy. He is survived by: his children, Marty Dale Dellinger (Mindy) of Stanley, Michael Kevin Dellinger (Janice) of Lincolnton, Lisa D. Shelby of Mooresville and Tammy Elizabeth Dellinger of Denver; his siblings, Terry Dellinger of Selma, AL, Kenny Dellinger (Pam) of Lowesville, Jewel D. Crow (Jimmy) of Lowesville and Darlene Dellinger of Iron Station; his grandchildren, Meghan, Kayla, Shelby, Annalyse and Emma; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Reese, Jacob and Cohen; and his sister-in-law Shelia Dellinger of Lowesville.
