It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe Rebecca Ellington (Stanley, North Carolina), who passed away on May 18, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel William and Bette Hovis Ellington; and her brother Jim Ellington.
