She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Bass and Sara Cato Bass; her sons, Todd and Chad Greene; her siblings, Talmadge Bass Jr. and Shirley Huffstetler; and her sister-in-law Linda Bass.
She is survived by: her husband Butch Greene; her daughter Rhonda Slifer (Mark); her brother Roger Bass (Shirley); her grandchildren, Mallory Kirkland (Taylor) and Caleb Greene; and her great grandchildren, Miller Kirkland and Coleson Skinner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Community Pentecostal Center (320 Ralph Handsel Blvd, Stanley, NC 28164). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery (1508 Charles Raper Jonas Hwy, Mt Holly, NC 28120).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Community Pentecostal Center, or to VIA Health Partners.
