It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Stewart of Stanley, North Carolina, born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hamilton Stewart and Mary Ruth Jarvis Stewart; his sister Patricia Mitchell; and his nephew Stevie Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Anita Murray Stewart; his daughter Lisa Michelle Toomey (Paul); his grandchildren, Tyler Dellinger and Kendall Dellinger; his nieces, Carrie Mitchell and Rose Mitchell; and his pet Penny.
