He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Mack; and his brother Larry Ensminger. He is survived by: his mother Dora Lee Lamp Ensminger (Barr); his wife Crystal Dell Lancaster Ensminger; his sons, Brian Michael Ensminger of Graffney, SC, Michael Franklin Ensminger Jr. of Wellsburg, WV and Branden Justen Ensminger of Wellsburg, WV; his stepdaughters, Melissa McLaughlin of Wellsburg, WV, Stephanie Long of Wellsburg, WV and Tori Narigon of Wellsburg, WV; and his siblings, Eddy Ensminger (Vicki) of Follansbee, WV, Wayne Ensminger (LuAnn) of Follansbee, WV, Scott Ensminger (Michelle) of Colliers, WV, Myra Porter (Robert) of Wentzville, MO and Denise Hendrickson (John) of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
