She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Nantz Frye (Keith) and Deborah Nantz Ledbetter (Steve); her caregiver Adam Pender; and her grandchildren, Morgan Frye, Tiffany Frye, Virginia Ledbetter and Jeremy Pender. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
