He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Cloninger and Gertrude Best Cloninger. He is survived by: his wife Judy Cloninger; his children, Tim, Brenda Cloninger, Nancy, Andy Olls, Jill and Gabe Price; and his grandchildren, Laura, Rebekah, Michael, Nicholas and Abigail.
