He is survived by: his wife Linda Bessler Proctor; his son James Proctor (Glenna); his stepchildren, Nicole L. Engel and Ryan L. Engel (Aimee Lowrey); his grandchildren, Stephanie Hodges (Randy Hodges) and Dallas Proctor; his great grandchildren, Isaac Hodges and Mason Hodges; and his siblings, Melissa Proctor, Kimberly Hayes (Kevin) and Robert Proctor (Dusty). He is also survived by two sister-in-laws; two brother-in-laws; and a number of nieces and nephews.
