She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Kotlarcyzk and Wanda Kotlarcyzk. She is survived by: her pet Chico; her children, Wendy Butler, Danielle Poston, Richard Butler II, Yvette Snyder and Daryl Butler (Debbie); her grandchildren, Audrey, Travis, Casey, Derrick, Sarah, Jessica, Kimberly, Autumn, Richard III, Kayleigh, Scott, Jenna, Carrie and Evan; and her siblings, Joyce Ratkowski, Kurt Kotlarczyk, Larry Kotlarczyk and Jimmy Kotlarcyzk. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
