It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Lackey of Stanley, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Heather Lackey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Billy, Frances Lackey and William Manning. She is survived by: her parents, Kimberly Manning Lackey and Terry Lackey; her children, Cullin Dean Kinchen and Kinzley Madison Lackey; her brothers, Corey Dean Lackey and Nicholas Lee Steen; her grandmother JoAnne Manning; and her children, Kimberly Lackey, Hwy and Stanley.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Trust Fund for her children c/o Kimberly Lackey – 1195 S. NC Hwy 16 Business, Stanley, NC 28164.
