She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Belle Osborne; and her father-in-law Robert "Pop" Scott. She is survived by: her father Billy Joe Richardson; her husband Richard "Rick" Scott; her mother-in-law Ruby Scott; her daughters, Jennifer Hoffman (Bryan) of Bessemer City and Sabrina Metts (Joe) of Dallas, NC; her grandchildren, Brandon Smith and Olivia Metts; her brother Michael Richardson of Belmont; and her pet Toby. She is also survived by several half brothers and sisters; and a host of other relatives and friends.
