She is survived by: her parents, Jose Rivera Tupas and Maria Perez Tupas; her husband Steven Welch; her children, Victor Arnaiz (Charisse Hope), Joshua Arnaiz, Joseph Arnaiz, Melissa Welch and Kimberly (Bobby); her siblings, Agatha, Cecilia, Indny, Epa, Eva, Carmelo, Jessie and Tony; and her grandchildren, Chesnee, Sierra and Devyn.
