He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Nicole Hutchens (Scotty); his grandchildren, Nevaeh Branch, Preston Branch, Robert Ott, Caydence Hooper and Shyanne Hooper; and his siblings, Sharon Cook, Sandi Moore and Donny Hooper.
