It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Claude Farmer of Stanley, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Claude Farmer and Willie Lavania Huffstetler Farmer; and his brothers, Carroll Farmer, Aaron Farmer, Kenneth Farmer and Barry Farmer.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Ingle Farmer; his children, Selena Farmer-Little (Darin) and Gregory David Farmer (Thola); his granddaughters, Emily Bauer (Patrick) and Elizabeth Vargas (Lenny); his great grandchildren, Charlotte Bauer and Hogan Bauer; his brother Johnny Mason Farmer; and his pet Reesee. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law; his nieces and nephews.
