He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Haley and Viola Mannering Haley; and his son-in-law Alan Sain. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; and his children, H. Michael Haley (Millie), Sandy Sain and Beverly H. King (Bill). He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
