She was predeceased by: her father Frank Verlin Howard, Sr.; and her sister Verlina Howard Perry. She is survived by: her husband Terry Hester; her children, Shannon Webb, Jeff Webb (Nicole), Michelle Jones (Brian) and Miranda Miller (Keith); her siblings, Gwen Felton (Ronny), Chuck Howard (Crystal), Beyonka Moss (Scott), Howard Price and Frank Howard, Jr.; and her pets, Leah, Chase and Sadie. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
