With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Clemmer Taylor of Stanley, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lander Lee and Nellie May Holland Clemmer; her husband Billy Truett Taylor; her son Ronald Taylor; her siblings, Lander Clemmer, George Clemmer, Marion Harris and Peggy Wilkinson; and her grandchildren, Ashley Friday Lail and Wendy Barnes.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Friday of Dallas; her granddaughter Jennifer Williams (Darin) of Maiden; her great grandchildren, Katelynne Haynie, Michael Moore, Asher Roseberry and Tristan Roseberry; and her brothers, Albert Clemmer and Charles Ray Clemmer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Venture Church (800 E Main St, Dallas, NC 28034). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
