She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ratchford and Hazel Ratchford; and her niece Emily Ratchford. She is survived by: her husband Albert Rhyne Clemmer; and her children, Kurt Lee Clemmer (Kelly Jo Clemmer), Todd James Clemmer (Shelly Ann Clemmer) and Angela Clemmer Allen (Robert Edward Allen Jr.). She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stanley Pentecostal Holiness Church (113 E Parkwood St, Stanley, NC 28164).
