He is survived by: his wife Frances Storsberg Kelly; his children, Connor Lee Kelly of Nashville, Brendan Lee Kelly of Budapest and Jamie Lea Redelsperger of Catawba; his sister Coleen Kemp of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Eamon Lee Kelly, Luke William Kelly, Maggie Josephine Kelly, Chasen Lee Redelsperger and Victoria Kate Redelsperger.
