We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2022, at the age of 87, Peggy Florence Morgan of Stanfield, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Carpenter and Maggie Huneycutt; her son Bobby Wayne Morgan; her brothers, Harold Carpenter and Johnny Carpenter; and her grandson Troy Burris.
She is survived by: her husband L. D. Morgan; her daughter Sandra Burris; her daughter-in-law Bobbie Ann Morgan; her grandchildren, Jody Morgan (Robin), Marcus Burris and Josh Burris; her great grandchildren, Trey Burris, Logan and Lucas Morgan; her sister Barbara Tucker (Mark); and her sisters-in-law, Juanita Carpenter and Barbara Carpenter.
