He is survived by: his wife Blinda Carlene Cornett; his son Lewis M. Cornett, Jr.; his wife Kelly of Brian Cornett; his grandchildren, Keisha Locy, Aleah Cornett, Jennah Fredrick, Ryan Cornett and Nathan Cornett; and his siblings, Luke Cornett of John Cornett and Vangeline Ward.
