He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Benson Mullis and Minnie Emily Mullis; his wife Phyllis Mullis; his daughter Pamela Gail; and his siblings, Warren, Rex, Leroy Mullis and Ruby Mullis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Pickler (Jimmy), Jane Wittman (Joey), Cathy Gardner and Tina Millen (Larry); his grandchildren, Brandie Helms (Susan Fitch), Ashley Smith (John), Holly Strickland, Stacey Smith (Kyle), Jamie Millen, April Millen and Cody Wittman (Sydney); and his siblings, Rita Little, Diane Paige and Archie Mullis. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
