It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annie Lou Hartis (Stanfield, North Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, C. N. "Jay" Mills and Louise Mills (Ruppe); her husband Cliff "Zeb" Hartis; and her brother Paul Mills. She is survived by: her daughters, Marci Hanline (Mike) of Gastonia, NC, Linda Garmon (Dennis) of Stanfield, NC and Donna Peele (John) of Leland, NC. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and cherished friends and extended family.
