She is survived by: her husband Phillip Pate; her children, Holly Pate of Greensboro and Jeremy Pate (Beth) of Staley; her granddaughter Mackenzie Ruth of Staley; her siblings, Jo Cohen (Derek) of Surf City, Franklin Clyde "Moe" McAlister II (Wanda) of Ramseur and John Miles McAlister of Asheboro; her nieces, Abby Littlefield (Mike) of Holly Springs, Emily Hull (Joseph) of Greensboro and Kelly Davis (Jeremy) of Apex; and her nephew Clyde Cohen of Surf City.
