She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Cullingford and Vallee Cullingford (Smith); and her granddaughter Emily. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cullingford; her children, Tammy, Terri and Robert Jr.; her grandchildren, Wayne, John, Erica, Maggie and Shelby; and her sisters, Mary, Lu Ella and Denise. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arlington Park Cemetery (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211).
