She is survived by: her children, Tracy Blankenship, Barbara Blankenship Elliott (David), Kimberly Doolin and Danny Doolin (Faline); her grandchildren, Dean Blankenship, Lynn Blankenship, Michelle Blankenship, Hannah Blankenship, Austin Elliott, Autumn Elliott, Arianne Dixon, Christopher Lehman, Noah Dunningham, Kaylyn Doolin, Ashlyn Doolin, Drake Dixon and Lilly Dixon; and her brothers, Ronnie, Bobby and Leroy Abbott.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holly's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Hope Fund, 8003 Ferguson Road, Ramseur, NC 27316.
