He was predeceased by: his mother Lula "Evelyn" Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Bogan (Bob), Bill Smith (Phyllis), Michael Smith (Stephanie) and Jeff Smith (Kim); his close friend Ramona Poole; and his father Morris Smith. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
