She was predeceased by: her husband Vaughn Elden York; and her parents, Marvin Durham and Mary Catherine Benner Stinson. She is survived by: her children, Cathy York Morrison (Mark) of Charlotte, Ted E. York (Frances) of Toccoa, GA and Chris S. York of Staley; her sister Mildred Power (Ed) of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Ben York (Amy), Amber Pinney (Daniel), Rebecca Morrison and Matthew Morrison; and her great grandchildren, Natalie Pinney, Elijah Pinney, Sebastian York and Matteus York.
