She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen and Ruby W. Willis. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Scott Cook Jr. of Stacy; her sons, Gilbert S. Cook III (Jennifer) of Crouse, NC and Shane Derrick Cook of Stacy; her grandchildren, Austin Scott Cook, Amber Cook Brittain, Kelsie Cook Gilpin and Zach Heflin; her brother Charles "Al" Willis Jr. (Pat) of Morehead City, NC; her nephew Allen Willis (Holly); and her great-nephews, Hunter and Hudson Willis.
